The Opportunity...
Our Louisville Distribution Hub is hiring Quality Assurance Associates to join our team. Our dynamic, fast-paced team is responsible for preparing POS devices to go directly to small businesses around the US, and we are growing! Responsibilities
- QA Associates are responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately picked, run through the quality assurance process, packaged, and shipped.
- Review pack lists to ensure contents of each order are properly included in each package.
- Responsible for maintaining the levels of shipping materials and notifying the appropriate party when supplies are low
- Responsible for packaging inventory including boxing up and sealing materials to be sent
- Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients
- Work with other fulfillment departments to see that all eligible packages are able to be sent out
- Perform other duties as required to meet business needs
Must Haves
- MUST LIVE LOCALLY
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT
- High School Diploma OR GED and;
- 6+ months of shipping experience
- Acute attention to detail
- Ability to use basic tools and equipment such as skate wheel rollers, dock carts, and hand-held scanners
- Ability to discern numbers and information in order to sort packages correctly
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and problem resolution
- Intermediate PC skills
- Excellent attendance/punctuality and ability to work overtime, as required
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to communicate effectively in both a written and oral form with a diversity of individuals in multiple functional areas
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within a fast-paced environment
- The hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 12:15pm - 9:00pm
