May Institute's Talent Acquisition department has an opening for aJuniorTalent Acquisition Specialistto recruit for our Education Services Division focusing on Wilmington and Brockton centers.This position is integral and growing our schools and residential programs and will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, and interview prospective candidates.

Responsibilities:

-
Post jobs and track applicants throughout application and interview process in Dayforce

-
Qualify candidates through resume review and phone interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers

-
Source applicants using multiple platforms such as Indeed, Handshake, and ZipRecruiter.

-
Establish and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings

-
Participate in onboarding process, including offer letters, background paperwork, references, and completion of online new hire forms.

Represent organization at colleges, career fairs and professional events

Requirements:

-
Available to work Monday through Friday

-
Ability to travel throughout New England for job fairs and meetings as needed

Strong oral and written communication skills

-
Tech-Savvy

-
Previous high-volume recruiting experience a plus

Previous human services experience a plus
