Job Description:

Summary
The Director of Partner Enablement and Delivery supports the enablement and scaling of our growing partner ecosystem. The role will focus on managing and supporting enablement and advancing our partners' sales, technical, and delivery skills to ensure go-to-market readiness and sales success. Specifically, the Director will create, execute, and continually fine-tune partner education, certification, and enablement programs to support go-to-market activities, strategies, and priorities while ensuring consistency with global partner enablement programs and methodologies. This position will also work closely with our partners to monitor and inspect partner services delivery of Workiva related projects.

Responsibilities
- Advance the enablement of partners to support and drive greater partner-led and influenced sales through portal assets, partner webinars, online education, and online or on-premise instructor-led trainings
- Drive the development and successful execution of an advanced partner certification program across all partner types
- Work closely with the Workiva Services team to support the onboarding and continued enablement of partners who will deliver Workiva services
- Develop and manage a process for post implementation quality metrics and inspection
- Work collaboratively across the organization including sales, professional services, customer support, and sales operations to develop best practices for enablement and coordinate partner certification for new and enhanced solutions
- Work with internal stakeholders to establish a mature partner organization; including with product management teams to provide partner specific feedback and ideas on product development and with internal leaders to prioritize and deliver technical enablement content and programs
- Manage the strategy and success plans of new partners and programs ensuring the execution supports partners building and growing their book of business with Workiva

What You'll Need
Education
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Skills
- Understanding of ERP, EPM, BI and related application software domains
- Deep understanding of advisory firm and System Integrator (SI) go-to-market model
- Strong understanding of business/application consulting
- Ability to prioritize and focus on high impact initiatives to deliver outcomes
- Track record of delivering measurable results, regularly meeting or exceeding target
- Strong executive presence & exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and execute strategy in a collaborative environment
- Superior ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- Self-starter, with strong work ethic, personal drive, and character qualities that match with company core values and inspires others to follow and act

Experience
- 8+ years of related experience in Partner/Alliance enablement or working with or for a variety of delivery firms (e.g. Big 4, Global SIs, boutiques and Regional SIs)
- Preferred 5+ years of experience with partner enablement models and execution
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting related business experience
- Consulting background related to large scale ERP (SAP, Oracle), BI, or financial applications is beneficial
- Preferred experience leveraging various learning tools and media to provide optimal learning

Travel Requirement
- Up to 30% travel primarily across North America and occasionally globally

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
