Qualifications:
- 5+ years development experience in all the tiers of web front end development and tools
- 3+ years of hands on technical management experience
- Proficiency in Vanilla JS, React, and Node
- Experience with complex state management solutions (React Context, Redux, or Mobx)
- JavaScript, HTML 5, JQuery, CSS3, Bootstrap etc.
- Experience with build tools (Grunt, Gulp, Webpack)
- Experience with open source development tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and Git
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design and best practices
- Working in an Agile development environment
- Ability to thrive and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary communication skills (both written and oral)

Desired:
- Experience preparing wireframes and mock-ups for design approval
- Experience with TDD/BDD tools such as Mocha, Jest, and Enzyme.
- Experience with e-commerce or high-traffic, real-time web applications is a plus
- Experience designing and building REST endpoints for web applications
- Basic understanding of PHP and WordPress
- Experience producing technical and design documentation of complex processes is a plus
- SQL knowledge is highly desirable
