Summary:
The Netsmart Delivery Analyst plays a crucial role on the Netsmart implementation team, working to customize Netsmart's EHR software for clients. This role collaborates with clients while troubleshooting and assisting in improving solution functionality. Delivery Analysts work both in the office and remotely at client sites. They work in conjunction with other members of the consulting team as well as designated client representatives.
Requirements:
- Work with Netsmart clients through the implementation process, customizing solutions to meet their needs within guidelines.
- Identify issues with clients and/or projects and determine appropriate solutions with input as necessary.
- Complete engagements on-time, on-budget and exceeding client expectations.
- Deliver solutions which allow our clients to achieve their business objectives.
- Grow and maintain solid knowledge of Netsmart tools used to complete job functions.
- Take ownership of projects and communicate status updates to appropriate client and Netsmart project team members.
- Build and test assigned solutions.
Qualifications:
Education
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in MIS, IS, IT, or Business.
Specialized skills and knowledge
- Ability to take initiative and manage multiple detailed tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, to include being comfortable presenting to a diverse audience.
Experience
- Must be able to demonstrate achievement in academics, internships, co-ops, or other work experience. This preferably involves business, clinical, analytical, and/or technical coursework.

- Requires sufficient computer knowledge to be able to independently work with clients on assigned projects.
