Our Loan Associates assist our Portfolio Management team and Lending team in the on-boarding of new clients, resolution of basic client issues, and responding promptly to client requests. Essential Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the investment management team by responding and resolving client inquiries and requests

- Support the Relationship Manager - Lending by coordinating loan processing, approvals and closing

- Coordinate wire transfers, distribution requests, inbound transfers, tax documents and all other processes; follow-up to ensure completion

- Prepare materials for all client and prospect meetings

- Monitor and participate in the administration of loan portfolios, including covenant tracking

- Assist with loan closing documentation, client packets and loan renewal
Construction loan draw processing

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

Experience:

- 6+ months experience in the financial industry (internship or full-time)

- High degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with sophisticated clientele

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects within assigned timeframes and ability to organize and prioritize work load with little direction
