Job Description:

The CRM Administrator is responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform as well as other enterprise-wide business services Working with our internal clients, in various groups like Sales, Support, Finance, Consulting, Marketing and Engineering, the Administrator will utilize both

Responsibilities:
- Work with the project team member(s) to define scope of enhancement efforts and viable solutions available to pursue
- Collaborate with project teams and peers to deliver best solutions and support of enterprise business applications
- Design, develop, test, document and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform
- Ability to work with internal clients, peers and members of senior management, up to and including the executive level
- Work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines
- Communicate with internal associates and 3rdparty vendors regarding status, outstanding issues and creative solutions
- Working Remote is an option

Experience Required:
- 2+ years internal and/or enterprise applications experience
- 1+ years Force.com (or equivalent CRM product) administrator experience, with a strong focus on standard Salesforce capabilities, such as but not limited to workflows, formulas, validation rules, approval processes, process builder/visual flow, profiles, roles, change sets and security/sharing models
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (or equivalent CRM product)
- Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, Support, Finance, Marketing and Engineering issues
- A confident, self-starter who can blend in with the application delivery team and can also work independently to complete tasks
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience Preferred:
- Agile development practices a plus
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Certified Salesforce App Builder
- Solid knowledge of SOQL
- Previous experience working with Financial Force (Professional Service Automation)
- Experience with designing and implementing Lightening Experience
- Understanding of Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of MuleSoft Integration Platform
Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Computer Science)
