Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for an Asset Management Business Analyst to join our team in Austin! Help our Senior Living team analyze Ryan-owned and developed projects as well as potential acquisitions and support the team from inception to final disposition!

Some things you can expect to do:

- Work in Excel to perform detailed reporting and financial analysis

- Model complex financial structures.

- Interpret operator financial statements as well as loan and lease agreements.

- Model operating data including real estate issues and cash flows.

- Create reports and evaluate and project cash flows for Ryan Funds.

- Take the lead and reporting on financial, occupancy, operating metrics, board and investor packets.

To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate with equivalent experience. You will bring 2-4 years financial analysis experience, preferably related to senior living or a related field. The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide timely and accurate financial statements including unquestionable information and data to support the national growth of the senior living portfolio. It is expected that you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, overall attention to detail, the ability to work independently and on a team while building strong relationships internally.

You will really stand out if you:

- Understand, articulate and provide support for crafting the \\"story of why\\" for the development and disposition of senior living assets.

- Continually look for new ways to use and report on data as the senior living portfolio grows.

- Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources into a single reporting format.

- Have a strong understanding of Argus.
