Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst, FP&A (Direct-to-Consumer) to support multiple distribution channels through reporting, analysis and data-driven recommendations. This role will have an emphasis on evaluating the efficacy of various direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and optimizing accordingly.

You will:
* Prepare analyses:
- Weekly channel subscription and performance reports
- Monthly p/l variance analysis and risk/opportunities analysis
- Ad hoc financial reports
* Assist in preparation of monthly business review presentations, monthly reforecast and annual budget
* Participate in monthly financial reviews with business leaders
* Take the lead on key tasks related to the month-end close including: accrual process, client invoicing, cancel analysis and preparation of journal entries
* Measure and optimize the effectiveness of direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns by:
- Working across media teams to develop KPIs and reporting methodologies that support campaign goals
- Building dashboards that analyze key operations and performance metrics
- Establishing benchmarks for media effectiveness, including metrics like CPA, CPC, LTV, etc.
- Advising the business on opportunities for improvement
* Provide cross-portfolio analysis and trending for the performance of marketing efforts
* Support the development of profit models for new offers, process improvement, special projects, etc.

You have:
* Excellent analytical and quantitative abilities
* Ability to work independently, prioritize workload and meet deadlines quickly and accurately
* Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of Hyperion and MicroStrategy
* Experience with querying languages like SQL is strongly preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Math, Business Management, or equivalent
* 0-2 years' experience in a finance and/or direct-to-consumer group is a plus
* Experience with measuring the success of mobile marketing/subscription services is a plus
* Familiarity with SEO/SEM concepts and measuring performance is a plus
* A sense of humor is a plus

* Skilled:You have 2-5years of business experience in a finance / direct-to-consumer analytical role (preferred). You possess strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills. You're comfortableworking with incomplete information and can easily adapt to changing priorities.
* Communicative:You are a team player who brings strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. You are comfortable interacting with all levels of personnel and management effectively.
* Tech-savvy:You have strong Excel skills and can produce formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc. in the tool. Knowledge of querying languages like SQL is a plus.
* Organized:You are detail-oriented with proven organization skills and the ability to work under pressure. You can prioritize responsibilities on multiple projects simultaneously and work independently to meet tight deadlines. You also have a strong attention to detail and accuracy and are driven to deliver a timely and accurate work product.
