Within JPMorgan's Corporate Derivatives Marketing team, the Interest Rate Derivative Sales team identifies, presents and executes interest rate hedging solutions for the firm's large-cap corporate clients.
The team is seeking a candidate to join the team in either Chicago or New York as a Vice President or Executive Director with responsibility for marketing hedging strategies to clients. The role will have primary client coverage responsibility across several industry segments.
Responsibilities
• Originate and execute interest rate, foreign exchange and other hedging transactions
• Develop and manage CFO and Treasurer relationships across client portfolio
• Quantify credit, market and reputational risk, and work with appropriate partners to effectively manage these risks
• Partner with banking, trading, credit, structuring and other internal partners in executing hedging strategies
• Cross-selling of other asset classes and risk management solutions
Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of experience marketing interest rate hedging solutions to corporate clients
• Proven track record in working with corporate clients on interest rate risk management
• Strong relationships at the Treasurer and CFO levels with North American corporate clients
• Knowledge of accounting principles and their application to derivatives
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, fixed income and corporate debt markets
