Job Description:
Job Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field and licensure or path to licensure is required. Three to five years experience in supervision within a behavioral health environment is preferred.

Summary of Job: Develops, leads and manages a system of care for children, adolescents, adults, and families that is responsive to both the needs of clients, the community and referral source expectations and which is consistent with guidelines for evidence-based and best practice interventions. This position can be done remotely with possible weekly or monthly meetings in office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruits, trains and supervises, ensuring compliance with all Centerstone policies and procedures for positions under his/her direct supervision, providing regular feedback and support and conducting annual performance reviews.
Provides clinical supervision to staff; manages the interdisciplinary treatment team process, reviewing treatment plans for clients seen in his/her department, ensuring quality of care for treatment provided in CAF Department.
Works in conjunction with the Director of CAF services to identify and respond to business development opportunities, develop grant proposals and/or doing business plans for new programs and services.
Engages in community and public relations activities; developing and maintaining working relationships with relevant community agencies and other referral sources.
Schedules and leads staff meetings on a regular basis to communicate organizational changes and priorities and to provide an opportunity for dialogue and clinical support for staff.
Regular and Reliable attendance is required.

Key Performance Indicators:
Ensures that Team meets or exceeds budget goals; including that staff meet billable hour standard goals and that all grants and contracts are successfully executed.
Ensures that Team completes clinical documentation within two business days of service provided.
Ensures that Team completes CANS assessments/reassessments, treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a timely manner.
Ensures that Team communicates and reports back to referral sources in a timely manner.
Compliance with annual completion of Catalytic Coaching and KPI forms for staff.
