Job Description:
Provide reception, appointment scheduling, record keeping, filing, typing, purchase requisitions and information processing necessary for the administrative functioning of the programs located at this facility as directed by the Office Manager while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Requirements:
Proficient typing/data entry skills; good command of the English Grammar and spelling with good proof reading skills. Excellent customer service skills.
