Are you ready to be a change-maker? We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Program Manager with experience in large end-to-end implementations of Salesforce. We are seeking out the best problem-solvers, idea-makers, and high-energy Salesforce professionals for our fast-growing practice area. We need people with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle.
Responsibilities:
• Client Expectation Management - Negotiation and Scoping
• Understand the customer roadmap & current support/development efforts and suggest future design/solution decisions
• Program Delivery Management for global Veeva implementation
• Engage periodically with key technology partners to plan for sufficient capacity and to be aware of upcoming new features
• Provide guidance (relevance and timeframe) to customer those features and benefits
• Strategic liaison with business owners to support business objectives/timelines
• Stakeholder management and weekly updates on status of the project
• Co-ordinate with PMO and manage the scope and risks of the project
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Manage changes in scope and schedule of the enhancements
• Strategic Liaison with internal company subject matter experts to support the execution
Required Qualifications:
• At least 12 years of IT experience with proven project management skills
• Global project execution experience
• Effective Communication skills
• Advanced experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio is required
• Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
• Ability to take ownership of projects and multi-task in a fast pace environment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Veeva and Salesforce.com Administrator
• PMP or PMI Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Veeva CRM implementation experience is a plus
