Informatica is currently looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in Data Integration and subject matter expert in Spark to join our team in Redwood City. 

Job Summary 

As our Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for driving our Cloud Data Integration-Elastic product. You will be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. 

Job responsibilities include: 

• Driving the roadmap deliver innovative features for our data management engine built on top of Spark and Kubernetes


• Working with Engineering teams on delivering the next generation cloud data integration platform for complex heterogeneous systems and applications involving cutting edge technologies


• Help in customer adoption for Cloud Data Integration-Elastic.


• Drive UI/UX of our Cloud Data Integration products


• Run time intelligence work – Auto tuning, Auto scaling, Smart shutdown


• Work with Cross teams to integrate other Informatica products like – DQ, Profiling, Data Catalog.


• Proactively identifying product gaps and addressing them through product roadmap


• Knowledge on Kubernetes and deployments of Spark on cloud.


• Quickly learning, understanding of open source technologies and driving the roadmap.


• Knowledge of Informatica or other Data Integration products is a plus. 

Technology You’ll Use:

• Cloud Ecosystem AWS, Azure and GCP, Spark, Scala, Java, Python 

Key Clients/Customers:

• The candidate will be working with some of the Fortune 100 companies making their CDL/CDQ journey successful.

Key Essentials

• The ideal candidate should have bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and familiarity with Data Integration tools, knowledge on spark is a must. Knowledge on Informatica tools like PowerCenter or Data Engineering or Cloud Data Integration is a plus.
