Job Description SummaryResponsible for working with the business to determine and document business needs and requirements on various projects and programs. Works with account leadership to identify technical solutions and business process improvements that are in line with the business strategy. Develops and maintains routine account reporting to client.
Job Description
Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to:
- Utilizing Workday, Excel, and Word:
- Develop invoices for clients monthly
- Create new projects and new clients in Workday when projects are won, including developing New Project Forms and managing WACs
- Manage and develop expense reports to be sent to clients
- Manage the C&W national Energy Star Portfolio manager Account, which includes:
- Reviewing energy and water bill data
- Inputting data into Energy Star Portfolio manager
- Updating Energy Star models with occupancy changes
- Connecting with property team to ensure Energy Star models nationally are updated
- Developing applications for Energy Star Certification Submission
- Managing the submission of energy and water data to local/state entities to meet local ordinances
- Assisting in the development of the Energy Star Partner of the Year Application annually
- Research and Business Development
- Assisting in researching clients and properties for business development
- Updating the national database of sustainability aspects for the C&W managed portfolio
- Working with the team to develop Business Development strategies and materials
- Assist developing training materials
- Research utility incentives
- Research industry regulations related to energy and sustainability
- Energy Assessments
- Using Excel, help input energy and building data to an energy model which tracks energy use and patterns
- Proofread energy audit reports for grammar and formatting prior to issuance to clients
- Assist tracking ongoing performance of buildings via ENERGY STAR and utility data
- Assist in travel logistics for the department

Requirements:
- Excellent Multi-tasker
- Highly organized
- Highly responsive
- Able to work remotely and independently
- Team Oriented
- High level of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Energy Star Portfolio Manager a plus, but not required
- Interest in energy and sustainability
