Currently College Success Foundation is recruiting for a CRM Project Manager to join our team.

College Success Foundation (CSF) is seeking an innovative individual to serve as the Project Manager to facilitate the delivery of a new transformative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution to enhance our student programs and services, college readiness and organizational operations. The project will include a consolidation and migration of data from several systems into an integrated, centralized data warehouse. The successful candidate will be a technical and business communicator that has expertise in the project management, development, rollout, and implementation of a CRM, data warehouses and enterprise related systems. The candidate will also have a background in user-centered design with the ability to help translate the business needs of the CRM users and organizational stakeholders to the CRM Consulting Firm hired to complete the implementation.

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Formal certification preferred (ScrumMaster, PMP, etc.).
• Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
