* Exposure to company's products and the various security department job roles.
* Partner with all security team leads and sit in on team and project meetings.
* Assist in the development of both our internal security education documents and presentations including creation and updating of our company intranet CAES.net page.
* Participate in the day to day activities of assigned functional area assisting in the completion of non-routine and advanced tasks.
* Conduct a review of the computer applications to ensure user and operation optimization is various areas including: Access Control, CCTV, Incident Report Management, and Intrusion alarms.
* Assists in developing department electronic and hard copy reports, records, diagrams and charts.
* Responsible for observing all laws, regulations and other applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the Company.
* Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
MINIMUM:
* Currently enrolled in and working toward a Bachelor's degree in Security / Criminal Justice / Industrial Security.
* High school diploma
* Minimum GPA of 3.0
* US Citizen
PREFERRED:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage tasks in a fast paced environment.
* Strong detail orientation.
* Demonstrated skills in the use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access.
