Meredith Corporation is seeking an extremely talented Senior Video Brand Producer to join our Video team to produce thoughtful and dynamic videos for various platforms (O&O, YouTube, and Social.) The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller - visually and narratively but also has a unique video vision for simple and compelling DIYs, crafts, and recipe content.

The person in this role should thrive on telling compelling stories tailored specifically for audiences for the diverse and unique brands, Martha Stewart Living and Better Homes & Gardens. As part of the Video team, you must have a proven track record of developing series and driving audience scale and engagement and be able to report on best practices and analytics, knowing that every piece of content created must break through an extremely crowded media landscape.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a video producer and can oversee productions from creative to delivery. This includes ideation, development, pre-production, remote/set/on location production, post and follow through on delivery. You'll report to the Executive Producer of Original Video, who will help oversee your projects and hold you to the highest of standards and best-in-class videos.

This role will also understand that to be successful, producing original digital video requires strategic thinking, strong partnerships, and extreme flexibility.
- Project manage multiple, ongoing video series.
- Shoot and direct best-in-class content.
- Collaborate with video and digital teams to ideate and develop new content.
- Work with cross-functional teams to respond to sales inquiries.
- Lead monthly brand brainstorm and planning sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as central point of contact responsible for communicating operational and project updates to all brand stakeholders.
- Test new formats and production methodologies to grow audience and ensure efficiencies.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive strategic brand programming decisions.
- Create production budgets and manage production clearances.
- Prepare and present monthly brand level reporting to cross-functional teams.
- Manage and mentor a team of video professionals.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Experience:

Video Production, Video Promotion, Video Optimization (SEO), YouTube Publishing, Social Media, Video Budgeting, Production Accounting, Camera Operation, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook

% Travel Required (Approximate): 15-25%
