Aon is looking for a Compliance Auditor/Analyst Pharmacy Practice

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our National Pharmacy Practice within Aon's Health & Benefits Consulting practice.

This role will be based out of our Bloomington, MN office. For non-local candidate, we may consider having candidates work out of any of our Aon offices--as long as they are close to an airport. These exceptions will be determined case by case.

We are currently seeking a Compliance Auditor/Analyst to join our Compliance and Internal Audit team

Under the direction of the Audit and Compliance Manager, the Compliance Analyst helps develop, implement and contribute to the execution of Medicare, regulatory, and delegated entity audits.

The Compliance Auditor/Analyst role is critical to our expanding team. This position would work closely with other consultants and clinicians in delivering our audit expertise to clients.

What to expect

* Our compliance auditors are constantly developing their regulatory expertise in order to provide more value to our clients.

* This position commonly works on Medicare program audit consulting, risk assessments, work plans, FWA, delegate oversight, and compliance effectiveness reviews.

* This position requires detailed knowledge of regulatory guidance. Auditors are often reading through documentation provided by clients and referencing CMS materials.

* The day-to-day functions include developing audit materials, kick-off documents, information request lists, and helping manage project timelines and deliverables.

* Our team consists of subject matter experts in Medicare and other regulatory programs. We have experience and proven success in delivering results to clients.

* Plan on using your problem-solving skills as no two engagements are exactly alike.

* Communication and engagement are very important. Compliance auditors should have the communication skills to ask the right questions and present clear results.

* Our team's success is built upon our relationships with clients. Over time, our compliance auditors develop client trust.

* Maintains an in-depth understanding of relevant federal and state laws, regulations, and health industry best practices.

* Exercises good judgement and skill related to compliance program elements, compliance investigations, and regulatory interpretation

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education/ Work Experience:

* Bachelors degree in health care related field

* 2-5 years of experience working in or closely with a health care compliance department

* Candidates with a n approved equivalent combination of education and experience can also be considered by a case by case situation.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in Medicare health organizations

* Credential(s) relevant to compliance program activities

* Certified in Health Care Compliance (CHC) or willingness to obtain certification after hire.

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:

* Demonstrated knowledge of health care compliance program elements and Federal Office of Inspector General principles for effective compliance program operation.

* Demonstrated knowledge of health care laws and regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid benefit and reimbursement.

* Part C or clinical expertise

* Experience with Medicare Part C Organizational Determinations, Grievances and Appeals; Special Needs Plan (SNP); CMS Star Ratings; HEDIS and Quality Management

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Strong oral and written communications

* Innovative thinker; ability to contribute new ideas that support organizational goals

* High standard of ethics, discipline, and professionalism

* Skilled in fostering a positive workplace culture and building inclusive workplace teams
