with an active Top Secret Clearance.
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will:

A week in the life of a Senior Business Systems Analyst:
* Formulating and defining systems scope and
objectives through research combined with an
advanced understanding of business systems and
industry requirements
* Developing or modifying procedures to solve
significantly complex problems within information
systems
* Gathering and evaluating requirements with a lens
that is focused on web service solutions in a
SharePoint environment
* Reviewing and managing requirements as customers
submit them through our ITSM (Service Now) tool
including support and triage of requests and follow
up through direct customer contact
* Participating in all phases of the system and
software development life cycle and responding to
evolving requirements in an Agile environment
* Analyzing business and user needs, documenting
requirements, and revising existing system logic
difficulties as necessary
* Diagnosing and resolving the performance, security,
and/or technical challenges related to the platforms
listed above
* Developing and presenting As-is and To-be
business process flow diagrams
* Investigating and resolving operational problems in
conjunction with other engineering and technical
personnel
* Working on project teams responsible for engineering
and packaging releases to integrate within the
customer's production IT environment
* Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Requires Bachelor s degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Information Systems related
field of study or equivalent, and five (5) to seven
(7) years of related experience.
* Familiar with SharePoint or other enterprise content
management platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* ITIL 4 Foundation certification
* Business Analysis certification such as PMI-PBA,
IIBA CPAP, CCBA, or similar
* Agile certification such as CSM, CSPO, PMI ACP or
similar
* Experience with tools such as Azure Boards, Jira,
TFS, ServiceNow or other agile task tracking systems
* Experience with tools such as Visio in order to
develop As is and To be business process flow
diagrams
* Strong analytical, critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities
* Strong adaptability and capacity to work in
fast-paced environments
* In-depth understanding of organizational data flow
and its use in management decision-making
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
* US Citizenship required and active TS with SCI
Eligibility clearance adjudicated within the last 6
years
* Candidate must be open to CI poly
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
* The person in this position needs to occasionally
move about inside the office to access file
cabinets, office equipment, etc
* The person in this position frequently communicates
with co-workers, management and customers, which may
involve delivering presentations. Must be able to
exchange accurate information in these situations
