We are seeking a Recruiting
Coordinator to join American Tower’s U.S. Tower (“UST”) division’s Human
Resources organization. The UST Human Resources
team supports the UST division’s talent needs. Day to day you will provide recruitment
support to the Talent Acquisition team and various business units. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will partner
cross-functionally to deliver excellent talent acquisition support and drive
success by providing a best in class candidate and customer experiences.

What You Can Offer Us
Coordinate the interview
process, including scheduling in-person, video, and phone interviews for
multiple recruiters and business hiring teams, as well as all related meetings
including debriefs.
Own confirmation and
follow-up correspondences to candidates regarding recruiting status via phone
and e-mail.
Facilitate new hire
orientations while providing high quality onboarding experiences.
Serve as the central
point of contact for the employee referral and external job posting programs.
Maintain job
descriptions and compensation information within the applicant tracking system
and master trackers.
Create, manage, and
maintain all reports to support the Talent Acquisition team as well as additional
ad hoc reports that are requested.
Process
reimbursements for candidate travel expenses and invoices from vendors for
various expenses such as agency fees, training programs, and other costs.
Provide support for
campus recruiting programs by registering for campus events, preparing career
fair giveaways, posting jobs, monitoring candidate interest, and handling other
program components.
Process all IT
request forms for contractors and employees.
Manage the
recruiting e-mail inbox(s); respond to candidate and vendor inquiries and
forward information to the appropriate person or team in a timely manner.
Other duties as
assigned.
Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent work experience required.
Between 1–3 years of talent acquisition or human
resources required.
Intermediate
to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) experience preferred.
Experience
working with an applicant tracking system preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the
ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
Ability to work with different functional groups and levels
of employees to effectively and professionally achieve results.
Strong organizational skills; ability to accomplish multiple
tasks within the agreed upon timeframes through effective prioritization of
duties and functions in a fast-paced environment.
