Responsibilities:

• Partner with team to develop and execute HR programs for the Global Security organization




• Assist HR Business Partners with employee investigations




• Analyze HR metrics and data to inform HR strategies and programs




• Connect with HR and business leaders to better understand how HR drives critical business decisions and serves as a strategic partner 




• Assist with understanding and interpreting HR policies, procedures, or process improvements to internal customers.

• The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment




• Creative problem solving and analytical skills




• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)




• Highly motivated to succeed, fast learner, team player with positive attitude




• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in  Human Resources or Business 




• Graduation date on or before Dec 2022
