Job Description:
Assists with the coordination of all Occupational Health daily operations and records by entering appropriate data, maintaining office forms and supplies, assisting at clinic, maintenance of company records, record retrieval/copying, etc., as well as being proficient in SYSTOC EHR. Also responsible for billing duties in the office; posting payments and invoicing. Coding background preferred but not required. Administrative Assistance duties as needed daily.
Work hours Monday through Friday 8-5:00 pm.
Education Requirements
* High School Diploma Required
Experience Requirements
* Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
* Medical office experience preferred.
* Occupational Health program experience a plus.
Skill Requirements
* Requires fluent English and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
* Computer/date entry experience.
* Process strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Requires complex and variable mental effort, with many interruptions – must be able to multi-task.
