About the Team

Our Broadband Sales Strategy team is looking for a Lead Manager Ecommerce to focus on optimization of the sales experiences on att.com.  The team’s mission is to generate sales growth in the digital channel through upper funnel and buy flow improvements. Held accountable to identify and remove the frictions in the sales experiences.  The ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate about sales funnel optimization and has analytical and multi-task abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

Opportunity to join our sales organization and build growth strategy, partnering across our digital organization to pressure test and optimize the customer journey to elevate online shopping volumes and experience engagement for att.com.

Responsibilities and Day-to-Day View

•    Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Online Business of all sales experiences that results in broadband sales.

•    Executes on new optimization tactics to improve conversions rates for new BB sales for all segments including MDUs, Fiber and bundle sales.

•    Monitor the health of the sales buy flows by conducting daily testing and identifying opportunities both mobile and desktop.

•    Proactively determines conversion rate improvement opportunities

•    Responsible from A/B test planning and execution Analyze the results, readout and communicate with the stakeholders

•    Follows through the changes that need to be implemented in production

•    Investigates the trends and act on findings and action items

•    Implements experience enhancements via daily release

•    Works with research and CXT team to conduct usability studies to identify customer pain points.

•    Analyzes  opinion lab results to identify problems and opportunities.

Qualifications

•    5-8 years of experience in a related digital marketing, retail or consumer organization role.  

Excellent knowledge of digital space, plus if currently working in that sector.

•    Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives

•    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

•    Highly motivated & results driven.

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders

•    Strong understanding of Broadband customer lifecycles.

•    Ability to work independently as well as thrive within a fast-paced team environment.

•    Strong analytic and fact-based decision-making skills.

•    Experience working within scaled agile development team

•    Experience in retail or consumer organization

•    Digital and/or business domain experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful project throughout its lifecycle

•    Knowledge of online customer journeys
