Cottage Health seeks per diem Case Manager to support their outpatient San Luis Obispo Clinic. We're looking for a licensed professional with mental health and chemical dependency experience to provide assessment, case management and the facilitation of psychoeducational groups.

We are seeking a dynamic, trauma informed, experienced individual with training in DBT. This position requires comfort with the full spectrum of acuity in mental health. Groups are facilitated in the afternoon and evening hours.

Requires: Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology or counseling. 2+ years' recent mental health counseling experience. LCSW or LMFT Licensed individual preferred.
