Overview

ITES Solutions requires a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) forMainframe Engineering and Enterprise Management Tools Services to support the Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 contract. The position is located at US Army Fort Knox; Headquarters, Human Resources Command; The Information Technology Infrastructure Support 3 (ITIS3) contract Supports the Army Human Resources Command.

ITIS3 requires the operational sustainment of the data centers, data center hosting, networks, servers, storage, mainframe, private and public cloud hosting, applications, desktops, mobile computing, and other Information Technology (IT) capabilities and environments which directly enable the US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) recruiting, accessioning, and human resources missions.

ITIS3 utilizes a mix of enterprise-wide and workgroup-level Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS), Government-Off-the-Shelf (GOTS), and Modified-COTS (MCOTS) technologies in order to deliver services to HRC and its customers.

ITIS3 provisions support to users on multiple network environments to include Recruiting Services Network (RSN), Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet), and potentially Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) in the future.

The IT infrastructure supported under the ITIS3 contract provides the backbone for 180 plus mission-critical enterprise applications and IT systems which are necessary for the HRC to operate and provide IT service delivery to other supported Commands and mission partners.

Responsibilities

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for Mainframe Engineering and Enterprise Management Tools Services shall provide oversight of Contractor performance and service delivery relating to the Mainframe Engineering and Enterprise Management Tools Services service lines.

The SDM shall also act as an escalation point for, and provide oversight of, the Contractors performing work in these service lines.

Qualifications

Active DoD Secret clearance
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Program and/or Project Manager
- Possess and sustain a program and/or management certification from an industry recognized certification authority such as Program Management Institute (PMI).
- Possess and sustain IAT Level II Certification (i.e. CASP+ CE; CCNP Security; CISA; CISSP (or Associate); GCED; GCIH)
- Posses and sustain industry CE Certfication (i.e. certification from one or more of the following vendors IBM System Z, Microsoft, Tanium, BMC, DISA HBSS)
