The job:
We are looking for a full time Retention Marketing Manager to join the MyLife team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, Growth & User Acquisition, the Retention Marketing Manager role will be responsible for optimizing the customer journey from activation and conversion to retention and loyalty. The role will require creativity, strong attention to detail and a highly data driven mindset. You will:
* Own MyLife's lifecycle marketing strategy and build a loyalty program to accelerate customer activation, engagement and subscription growth
* Develop and manage retention campaigns across emails, in-app messages, push notifications, SMS and other touchpoint to increase conversion rate and lifetime value
* Oversee the email production process, calendar, creation and day-to-day execution of all marketing email campaigns including transactional, triggered emails, etc.
* Analyze customer data to create personalized and segmented messaging strategies by cohort within the marketing funnel across channels
* Deploy scalable hypothesis and A/B testing to optimize retention KPIs and conversion rate
* Reviewing customer behavior across web and mobile to draw actionable insights and share tactical recommendations to streamline UX, flow, etc to improve user experience
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, analytics, content, design to execute shared goals and build out a robust CRM integrated marketing program

You have:
* Minimum of 3 years as a retention marketer, having a deep knowledge of CRM/customer retention programs
* Experience with digital marketing platforms (mobile/desktop) like Braze, Branch, Appsflyer, Amplitude, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
* Highly data driven and analytical
- Strong conversion-oriented copywriting skills
* Experience with mobile marketing and subscription based products a plus
* Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
* Team player and self starter
