Current NYS LPN license

Graduate from an accredited LPN School of Nursing.

Previous clinic or hospital LPN experience preferred.

BLS required.

Qualified LPN will participate in the multi-disciplinary process of providing care and treatment to patients and provide clinical support and technical assistance to the medical professional and other staff while having knowledge of new trends and techniques. LPN will assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs as well as interview and record patient's medical history. Duties may include obtaining patient vital signs and escorting patients to the exam rooms.
