Description:
Prepare string cheese by using a Rapid Pak and Baader.
Load cheese into packaging machine.
Bag all cheese called for on a daily production plan.
Pack cheese into cheese and bulk totes.
Make boxes to package string cheese.
Check packages for correct code dates and labels.
Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain quality and efficiency of the
supervisors.
Ability to maintain good sanitation and housekeeping
practices of the packaging area.
Perform other duties as assigned.

efficient manner with little supervision.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and
supervisors.
Must be detailed oriented.
Requirements:
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds independently.
* Ability to bend, squat, stoop, kneel for extended
periods of time.
* Ability to withstand exposure to a wet and noisy
environment.
* Ability to work safe and sanitary manner.
* Ability to read, write and speak in a proficient
manner and communicate effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to be detail-oriented.

policies and procedures.
* Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
* Repetitive hand motion on a continuous and frequent
