Sr. Systems Analyst at Cognizant in Bloomington, Illinois

Job Description:

We are looking for Sr. System Analyst for an immediate need. This is a client facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Responsibilities

Supporting and maintaining hardware including Laptops Desktops Virtual Machines and Mobile Devices

Supporting and maintaining desktop operating systems including Windows 7 and Windows 10

Supporting and maintaining applications including MS365 Intune Outlook Skype for Business MS Teams SharePoint RightFax Proofppoint Chrome Edge and IE browsers Mobile MS Office applications and SCCM

Supporting and maintaining peripherals including networked printers MFPs headsets monitors and signature pads

Supporting and maintaining Endpoint Security clients

Incident and Request management

Participation in an OnCall Rotationprovide first level technical support through phone email remote application and in person

Diagnose and troubleshoot enduser desktop application issues and implement solutions

Escalate complex andor high priority problems to the appropriate team members for resolutions

Perform account management.
