Responsibility:

Design

• Experienced Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement  Proven development and technical expertise in implementing D365 solution  


• Expert in integration and data migration to Dynamics CRM online since this is a critical part of the project


• Experience in working on large programs across service lines  


• Experience with Sales and Service management functionalities of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement


•  Work with client SMEs and take design decisions  review design  guide stakeholders to right design approach  scalable solution design  


• Work with team to communicate technical roadmap for program  


• Define best practices in project SDLC


•  Ensure close communication between the onsite and offshore technical team members and ensure the quality of code is consistent and as per guardrails for the entire project  


• Good communication and team skills  


• Microsoft Dynamics CRM certifications preferred
