Job Description:
A metal fabrication company in Fortville, IN is looking for a Machine Builder for a 7:00 am - 4:30 pm opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, improvise and modify parts to complete the build of a machine or system.
- Build automated standalone machines as well as sub-assemblies with multiple stations including feeders, robotics, etc.
- Assembling machines with the ability to use indicators and leveling tools for precise alignments.
- High School or GED Diploma
- Must be self-directed and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- At least 5 years of experience in a production manufacturing environment.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Bridgeport manual machining and TIG welding experience is a plus
