Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Complete work orders, turn vacant apartments or complete special projects or other assigned by the Regional Service Director
Assist the RSD on budgets for yearly common maintenance as well as capital projects for following year budget
Assist the RSD on inspecting properties for safety issues, code compliance and compliance of all Hawthorne company policies as assigned
Provide technical maintenance support as assigned
Communicate with the RSD as needed to discuss progress, issues and concerns weekly
Comply with all Hawthorne procedures, policies and quality standards and present a professional appearance of Hawthorne Residential Partners
Assist with any other tasks or projects as required
As a Regional Resident Services Support team member, you will also need:
Coordinate with Regional Service Director to ensure needs are being met
HVAC & CPO Certifications
