Job Description:

We are seeking an advanced leader to grow out Atlanta operations.  The  Infusion Pharmacy Operations Manager will directly oversee the administrative, financial, personnel and all operational aspects of the Atlanta infusion pharmacy.   As the Infusion Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will represent our organization that provides high-quality, compassionate home infusion care for patients in the Atlanta area.

The Operations Manager will:


  • Oversee the day to day operations for all clinical and non-clinical staff in the Atlanta office by serving as a professional role model and clinical resource/educator for all members of the team

  • Create and maintain initiatives focused on impacting the organization key results areas ensuring optimal customer experience and increasing net profits

  • Ensure all pharmacy (infusion) operations, practices and procedures meet all licensing requirements established by local, state and federal agencies.

  • Develop goals and objectives for the location, participate in fiscal management

  • Work closely with the Pharmacists to ensure a maintained clean room environment

  • Create, implement and sustain cross training and development program for all Pharmacy staff by understanding staffing needs

 What are we looking for?


  • A minimum of ten years of experience in Medical and/or Pharmacy Operations with five of those years in management of operations and staff (Preferred Licensed Pharmacist, Certified Pharmacy Technician or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Georgia)

  • Understanding of Profit and Loss statements to drive improvements by implementing solution-based initiatives

  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to multi-task; attention to detail required

We will conduct a full background check including criminal history, work history, education history; a complete motor vehicle report as applicable for the past 10 years; a chemical report, including drugs, alcohol and nicotine. We are a NON-NICOTINE Organization.
