Customer Service Rep - Outbound (Managed Care)

Starting rate is $16/50/hr. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. New employees will be assigned an 8 hour shift between the hours of 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (MST) Monday through Friday. Twice per year, employees are able to pick from available shifts. These shifts are then fixed for a six month time period. Primary Responsibilities

- Research and resolve a variety of provider demographic inquiries to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

- Ensure delivery of accurate information updates for input into our applications..

- Meet our quality, customer service, productivity and service level performance metrics on a consistent basis.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ months of customer service experience in an office setting

- Call center or telephone experience in a similar environment or industry

- Minimum high school diploma or GED

- Ability to use multiple systems and dual monitors for research and data entry

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in healthcare or medical insurance
