As an Entry Level Consultant, in our Financial Advisory Services practice you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of client service excellence while working with other professionals and interacting with valued clients.

Responsibilities:
Provides data collection and support to engagement team
Utilize knowledge of engagement objectives and expectations to carry out tasks
Participates in client meetings as needed
Drafts and coordinates reports, memos and other communications as needed
Demonstrates teamwork by cooperating with engagement team, sharing information and ideas, accepting constructive feedback and accepting additional assignments when appropriate
Present preliminary identified risks to your supervisors
Assist in developing proposal documents for potential new clients
Performs testing of collateral supporting loans
Execute financial and accounting due diligence
Prepare analyses of financial historical earnings, forecasts, assets and liabilities of target companies
Assist in identifying risks and issues related to contemplated transactions
Performs analytical procedures to elements of financial statements
Perform industry and company research
Assist in composing due diligence reports
Prepare excel-based work product as a key part of deal-related analyses
Qualifications :
Strong academic credentials (Minimum GPA of 3.0)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
Active involvement in organizations (volunteer or campus related)
Excellent organizational and time management skills utilizing project management methods and tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; extensive knowledge and experience with Excel is preferable
Basic knowledge of technical accounting areas
Excellent analytical, comprehension and problem-solving skills
Prior experience as an intern working in either an audit or consulting environment, including transaction advisory services experience a plus
Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team and provide excellent service to clients
Willingness to travel when applicable
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
