Job Description:

The HR Shared Services (HRSS) Representative is responsible for the day to day direct support of the HRSS front end services including client support, I-9 processing, timecard issue resolution, employee record and Oracle action items, payroll processing, etc. The Shared Service representative will provide outstanding client support service, guidance, and support to the University community which we serve. The Shared Service Representative will handle all tier 1 related questions and issues that arise regarding HR and Payroll. Will also assist our functional and departmental partners in finding solutions and providing resources in support of their duties. HRSS representatives will be required to work in all HRIS systems (Oracle, Taleo), SalesForce, and ProVerify.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, or a Comparable Experience preferred. Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
