The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Oncology Services will use their comprehensive clinical, communication, and program management expertise to oversee nursing and operations for this active center providing radiation, medical oncology and infusion services. The ideal candidate will have several years of progressive experience and a successful track record of management in complex cancer centers. This is a stellar opportunity for a highly skilled Ambulatory Oncology Nursing Manager to lead a strong, passionate team in this well-respected oncology program.
Collaborating with the Oncology Administrator and medical group partners, the Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Oncology Services will help develop the vision and long term goals for the infusion center. The Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Oncology Services is responsible for leading and mentoring staff to foster a positive working environment and ensure they are meeting accreditation guidelines.
