The Project Manager is responsible for overall project management including but not limited to site safety, production, commercial and personnel supervision.

Essential Job Functions

• Responsible for project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy

• Represents Company in project meetings with owner or agent

• Monitors/controls construction and safety, through administrative direction of onsite Superintendent, and Project Engineer to ensure the project is done safely, on schedule and within budget

• Investigates potentially adverse situations and implements corrective measures.

• Responsible for financial aspects of the project including equipment, payroll, equipment repair and material purchase and subcontracting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in construction, design, finance, and management preferred

• Proficient skills in standard office software programs

• Supervisory experience preferred

• Ability to work a 40-hour work week, M-F, 7 a.m. – 4 p.m., additional hours as needed

• This position requires fluent use of the verbal and written English language

Physical Requirements

• Must be willing to take a post-offer physical

• Ability to navigate project sites, which may include walking, climbing, and/or bending

• Ability to work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions

• 75-100% of time will be working outside walking the jobsite and getting on equipment
