Job Responsibilities:

The Project Supervisor shall be able to provide overall supervision for contractor employees, to include, but not limited to; planning and managing the project professionally, ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources; ensuring that accurate and timely reports are provided; effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of the labor-hour services ordered; ensure cost saving factors and quality controls are used to ensure work is performed as scheduled, and at a fair and reasonable cost.

• Manages contract requirements, day-to-day issues and activities, attend scheduled and unscheduled meetings and briefings,
• Planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling all operations of the DLA task order. Participates with and manages the teams 14 personnel that will perform Receipt, Stow, Kitting and Notification/Issue processing of the material in the Material Access Technology (MAT) and JRC Tracking systems as well as Transport material in and between warehouses.
• Ensure successful completion of all mission operations in accordance with established policies and management goals regarding funding, storage, workload, manpower capability, component, issue, equipment items, and inventory control procedures.
• Performs employee discipline counseling, employee performance reviews, and other personnel reporting.
• Completes Weekly and Monthly reports
• Reviews and approved timesheets.
• Screen applicants and conducts interviews for open position.
• Ensures all employees observe policy, procedures and regulatory guidance for physical security, and monitors for compliance
• This position also performs Warehouse Specialist duties

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have the ability to be cleared for a NACI clearance to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Ability to acquire and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• US Citizen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and background checks related to the position
• Valid state driver's license

• Minimum (4) years of experience within DLA distribution as Government or Contractor supporting Distribution Operations.
• Must be on-site during the performance of the task order and must possess the basic knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and be responsible for the successful completion of the project and shall be qualified to be the Contractors on-site supervisor and POC for government representatives.
• Respond to all communications, upon notification, and be on-site to meet with Government personnel within 1 hour during normal duty hours and within 2 hours outside of normal duty hours. Ensure compliance with APLs, address out-of-scope and/or non-routine operational issues and actions (in coordination with TPOC, COR and KO).
• Authorize/Approves travel requests; training; use of temporary or part-time staff to fulfill vacancies and/or surge support needs
• Ability to gain cooperation and coordinate the work of others.
• Skill in written and oral presentations.
• Capability to adjust work operations to meet emergency or changing Task Order or production requirements within available resources and with minimum sacrifice to quantity and quality of work.
• Ability to establish project objectives or performance goals and assess progress.
• Ability to analyze organizational and operational problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
• Must have the ability to provide information and reports, resolve issues and recommend actions to improve the delivery of services to the customers.

• Must be able to work flexible shift hours may vary as needed
