Job Description:

Responsibilities: Complete Extrusion, Lamination, Coiler/Bagger and Feeder JQTL’s

• Can do changeovers and set up the equipment


• Knowledgeable of startup and shutdown methods


• Perform quality assurance tasks.


• Coil and package auto reels


• Glue splicing


• Pack & label production


• Can operate all equipment needed to perform job functions/tasks


• Know how to read/update/use the Schedule


• Produce and use material identification labels


• Pulls needed material from production racks


• Knowledge of product coiling quality


• Completes all applicable paperwork


• Make necessary computer transactions


• Follow all health and safety standards set by Quanex
