POSITION DESCRIPTION
Supports and coordinates contingent staffing for various professionals for all campus locations, outpatient locations, and office practices (excluding physicians.) Navigates cost savings where possible to supply the highest caliber staff at the least expense to the organization. Acts as a professional liaison between unit managers, practice managers and coordinators, productivity management, accounting and information systems, patient care administration, and outside vendors.POSITION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED: 1. Associates Degree in Business Administration or related education, OR a. Two years previous staffing and scheduling experience, OR b. Two years previous invoicing/accounts payable experience. 2. Demonstrated knowledge of computers and computer applications. 3. Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality. 4. Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making ability. 6. Demonstrated knowledge of business mathematics and business correspondence. PREFERRED: 1. B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or Healthcare related field. 2. Previous experience in a hospital setting.
