Job Description:

LOCATION MAINTENANCE & REPAIR TECHNICIAN – Helena, MT - Part Time 

Part-time position to service Planet Fitness clubs in the surrounding area (travel required to Missoula, Helena, Billings and Great Falls, MT)

Approximately 6 – 8 hours a month

Hourly Rate: $20.00 + mileage reimbursement

• 
  Nights, weekend, and holiday availability is required 

 

BASIC FUNCTION

The part-time Location Maintenance and Repair Technician is responsible for the service and maintenance of equipment within a defined area in the Helena, MT area for fitness club locations that require massage chair service maintenance.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and repair of equipment


• Maintain clean equipment


• Accurate and timely collections, bank, and report financial transactions


• Maintain policy and procedure expectations of the facility and Smarte Carte


• Maintain regular contact with District Service Manager


• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring all equipment is in good repair and working as designed


• Maintain a positive relationship with the facility management


• Other assignments as needed.

 

EDUCATION

• Technical degree preferred

 

SKILLS

• Working knowledge of equipment


• Electrical and mechanical equipment repair


• Excellent verbal and written communication


• Maintain accurate records


• Compile reports


• Proficient in computer and Smartphone use

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Lift 40 lbs. to waist height


• Push/Pull 75-100 lbs.


• Bend and stoop, walk and stand for long periods of time


• Visual acuity/manual dexterity to perform mechanical and electrical repairs 

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s license required
