Marketing Intern at Dynisco in Franklin, Massachusetts

Job Description:

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities:

• Updates and maintains website including content updates, image sizing, animation creation and translated content


• Develop various marketing collateral from trifolds to infographics


• Work within automation platform to develop segmented lists, identify products of interest, create automated responses from various marketing tactics and potentially create drip/nurturing campaigns


• Assists in migrating current assets into new branding guidelines


• Coordinates with graphic design to edit, develop and print/publish online and other collateral materials


• Assists with content development for promotional materials, including direct mail pieces, print and electronic newsletters, web site and social media stories, medial releases, and other materials as needed


• Contributes to the team’s social media efforts, including writing content for Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube


• Assists with media relations including, but not limited to, writing and distributing news releases, following up with key media, and preparing background information


• Provides support and coordination for special events and meetings


• Provides basic administrative assistance

Educational Qualifications:

Junior or Senior in high school or matriculating college student who is enrolled in the cooperative education or internship program of the school he/she attends

Other Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop highly desired


• Knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite programs is desired


• Proficient in Windows-based software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Firm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media space


• Strong attention to detail


• Excellent written communication skills


• Strong creative ability


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of HTML and web design is a plus


• Must be able to provide own transportation to and from the job
