Great opportunity to join a well-respected, award winning, growing financial institution offering meaningful and value-added work that impacts our community.  We’re searching for a talented and passionate Recruiter/Talent Management Specialist who will continually look for new ideas and improvements in talent acquisition strategies and strive to ensure that the right people are in the right roles at the right time.  This position is a member of the DCCU Management team and is responsible for successful delivery of innovative talent attraction strategies to increase awareness of DCCU as an Employer of Choice.

 
Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Developing strategies to grow our employee base by leveraging DCCU’s leadership team, local referral sources, social media, career websites, and professional networking sites to proactively build and manage our talent pipeline. Additionally, engaging in research that generates recommendations for new sources for attracting and retaining talent.    You will be an expert in your field by supporting, influencing, and providing advice to hiring managers in the sourcing and selection of internal and external candidates that foster and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion.

 
Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years professional recruiter experience.  We need a strong communicator with: The ability to engage with all levels of staff personnel, Strong networking and analytical skills, Careful attention to detail, and a passion and strong desire for helping others.  Successful candidates should be flexible, motivated, resourceful, and organized.
