Job Description:
esponsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related.Projects and programs are typically high value long term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers. Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. Recommends and takes action to direct problem analysis resolution.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision, conducts project management of large or multiple large project project. Works as a team member on projects and may be responsible for ensuring projects are within allotted timeline and budget. May define a portion of project scope and objectives. Projects are typically moderately complex in nature, sometimes follow a repeatable framework, and require some analytical skills in defining scope and objectives. Coordinates activities of a project team and may identify resources. Creates detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports. Attends and may lead project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates to internal team members and possibly to client/vendors. Job Contribution: Technical professional with some experience. Sound technical knowledge growing through application, expanding knowledge of ATT technologies.
Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience. Experience: Typically requires 2-3 years experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. Supervisory: No.
