We are seeking a passionate and talented Sr Product Manager to shape and drive our product portfolio strategy and commercialization. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of a technology-driven business that has become even more relevant in healthcare. You will be an influencer and catalyst for futuristic and disruptive thought patterns and technologies that can become breakthrough solutions. You will be able to develop the strategic marketing plan for our remote patient monitoring and care management services product portfolio and will be responsible for leading a team to execute the product pipeline from voice of customer to commercialization. You will be responsible for collaborating with our research and development teams to develop product and solution roadmaps and for identifying new opportunities for future growth. You will also be responsible for collaborating with commercialization partners in content marketing, events, and training and educations to drive successful market adoption and growth of services.

A Day In The Life:
Product Strategy & New Product Development
Develop a comprehensive product growth strategy for new and enhanced MCMS offerings.
Work with other organizational leaders to develop and communicate a complete product, design, content, and user experience strategy and roadmaps in support of strategic business initiatives.
Lead pre-commercial product and market development including, but not limited to market landscaping and sizing, revenue modelling, voice of customer market research.
Develop opportunity assessments, determine strategy and pipeline investment recommendations, as well as have ownership of all marketing deliverables throughout the early phases of the product development process, leading up to transition to the commercial marketing team.
Identify and lead market research to identify market needs and the corresponding product solution opportunities.
Develop a rigorous approach to prioritizing product needs based on user research, marketing insights, competitive intelligence, business needs, and trends in technology and user experience.
Through deep understanding of current business and competitive environment and be able to articulate implications needed to continue the growth trajectory of business.
Generate business plans, market requirements documents, presentations and supporting materials to align all functional groups behind a common product vision.
Determine the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.
Guides product concept, scope, commercial timing, and associated financial trade-offs to optimize business value
Identifies market research needs, elicits stakeholder inputs by creating and conducting multiple customer feedback methodologies targeted but not limited to patients, Medtronic field staff, clinicians, and customers
Work with other functions to finalize product specifications.
Cross-Functional Team Participation & Leadership
Lead cross-functional teams to optimize future product strategy around given business needs, market needs, customer needs, technical trade-offs, and resource constraints.
Develop and execute market research plans to understand unique customer & business needs and ensure product requirements are aligned with overall product and business strategies.
Product Commercialization and Market Development
Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific business line.
Conduct competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.
Develop market positioning and customer segmentation and targeting plans, both for general business and specific initiatives, to guide strategy and field execution
Lead the cross functional creation of product launch plans, planning from launch strategy through tactical execution and measurement; ensuring launch aligns with overall business strategy and achieves financial and business goals
Partner with content marketing specialists to conceive marketing promotional plans to incite demand for MCMS' portfolio and solutions.
Partner with sales and content marketing to conceive lead generation plans; support field training on competitive messaging
Develop and deliver executive-level presentations both internally and externally.
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a marketing or product development role (5 years with Advanced Degree)
Project or program management experience
Nice To Have:
MBA
Experience in working with payers and providers
Product Launch experience within software technology company
Experience understanding, analyzing, and employing clinical and financial information in support of business objectives
Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple functions, external consulting groups, and drive projects to completion from beginning (ideation) to end (launch).
Technical aptitude, specifically in clinical software and solution development and/or the clinical environment would be ideal.
Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, and/or other sales management and marketing automation tools
