General Summary/Position Overview:
The Receptionist/HR Admin is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that front desk services and HR admin services are provided in an effective and efficient manner. This position is critical regarding customer and visitor interface, as he/she is the first point of contact for people coming to the facility.
SCOPE:
The Receptionist/HR Admin. Reports to the Manager of Human Resources and may also take direction from the Executive Team.
Responsibilities:
· Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department.
· Receive, direct and relay telephone messages
· Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.
· Support and file any necessary correspondence
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings
· Maintains an adequate inventory of office supplies
· Responsible for making company badges for new employees and visitors.
· May assist with Fly In customers.
· Responsible for catalog mailings.
· Inputs employee information into the ABAS ERP system and HR system.
· Supports HR Hiring Process with the administration of background check, drug testing and benefits enrollment data
· Assist with new hire orientation
· Maintain employee confidence and keep human resources information confidential.
· Perform other related duties as required
