YOUR ROLE


  • Develop strong working relationships with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Care Teams while maintaining an open line of communication.

  • Travel as needed to investigate potential field issues and support field sales reps.

  • Maintain strong product performance and application knowledge on adhesive and sealant technologies sold in the NA Consumer / Craftsman division under the Loctite, OSI and LePage brands.

  • Clearly understand the proper use of Astute, SAP and CCMS within the daily functions of a TCS Rep.

  • Create, update and/or maintain claims / complaint reporting as required.

  • Answer telephone, mail and e-mail inquiries promptly and provide accurate / professional responses in a timely fashion.


  • Submit weekly reports, time sheets and any other documents requested by TCS Manager.

     

YOUR SKILLS


  • Bachelor’s degree (Chemistry or engineering preferred)

  • Minimum 3-5 years technical related experience.

  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills.

  • Strong computer, decision-making, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Excellent phone skills under pressure.

  • Ability to work under pressure and take direction from more than one person.

  • Must be flexible, team oriented and have the ability to work well with others.
