Job Description:

Shaner has an immediate opportunity for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Toftrees located in State College, PA.

The Food & Beverage supervisor will help oversee activities of the Food & Beverage department including, but not limited to the kitchen, banquet operations, restaurant, room service and bar.  It is the supervisor’s responsibility to maintain a high standard of food and beverage quality, and effectively manage the Food & Beverage staff in order to provide outstanding customer service.  The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in food and beverage service. 

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic and personable leader who can provide support and promote the standards of Shaner Hotels

• High school diploma, College Degree preferred


• 2+ years  experience in Food & Beverage,


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
